Terms of Use
Acceptance
By accessing sanle.in or any of our services — web apps, tools, APIs, or WhatsApp — you agree to these Terms. Discontinue use if you do not agree.
Eligibility & Responsibilities
- Must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- All information and documents you provide must be accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to requests within agreed timelines; delays extend delivery and affect refunds.
- You own or have rights to any content/logos you supply to us.
Nature of Services
We build websites, web apps, internal tools, ERP/CRM systems, and APIs. We do not provide legal or financial advice. Any general guidance is informational only.
Pricing & Payments
- Quotes are indicative until advance payment confirms the Engagement.
- Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted via UPI or bank transfer.
- An advance is required before work commences.

Cancellation & Refund
Cooling-Off Period
Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not yet commenced.
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses, APIs)
- Payment gateway charges (1–3%)
- Any government or statutory fees paid on your behalf
No Refund Policy
Once a service proposal, quotation, or project scope has been accepted and work has commenced, all payments made are final and non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued for completed, partially completed, or ongoing work.
How to Request
Email sanletechsolutions@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request – [Project Name]". We acknowledge in 1 working day; decision within 3 working days; processed in 5–7 working days.
No Refund Cases
- After final delivery or deployment
- Services marked non-refundable at time of Engagement
- Project abandoned (unresponsive 45+ days)

Privacy Policy
Compliant with India's IT Act 2000 & DPDP Act 2023.
Data We Collect
- Identity & Contact: Name, email, phone, business name
- Project Data: Content, documents, credentials you share
- Transactional: Payment refs, invoices, service history
- Technical: IP address, browser, analytics data
How We Use It
- Deliver agreed services and communicate about projects
- Process payments and maintain records
- Improve our services and website
- Comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Shared only when strictly necessary with hosting providers, payment processors, or tools required for delivery — all bound by confidentiality.
Security & Retention
Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect your data. Retained only as long as necessary or required by Indian law.
Your Rights
Access, correct, or delete your data anytime. Email us at sanletechsolutions@gmail.com — we respond within 7 working days.

General Legal
Intellectual Property
All Deliverables remain our IP until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you (excluding our proprietary tools, frameworks, and libraries).
Confidentiality
Both parties keep non-public information confidential. This obligation survives Engagement termination for two (2) years.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any Engagement shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you for that specific Engagement. No indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
